At Maestrat Cycling Limited, we offer customers the option of securing eligible cycling holiday bookings by either paying the full booking amount at the time of reservation or paying a 30% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations apply when a deposit payment option is selected.
Where the deposit payment option is available, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and Booking Terms & Conditions.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Customers may choose to pay the full booking amount at the time of booking.
Where a booking paid in full is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, Maestrat Cycling will retain the non-refundable 30% deposit portion of the booking, and the remaining 70% will be issued as a booking creditfor use against a future Maestrat Cycling holiday.
Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed in accordance with the conditions provided at the time of issue.

Requests to transfer your booking to another available date may be considered if received more than 14 days before arrival.

Changes requested within 14 days of arrival cannot normally be accommodated.
If Maestrat Cycling is unable to operate your holiday due to safety concerns or operational circumstances, we will offer you the opportunity to transfer your booking to another available departure date, subject to availability.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior agreement will be treated as a cancellation within 14 days of arrival.
No refund or booking credit will be provided.
We require all holiday participants to hold suitable travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.
If you need to cancel due to illness, injury or another insured event, you may be able to recover your costs through your travel insurance provider.
